Health Care
GRGE pays the full cost of coverage for our full time employee's Medical, Dental and Vision programs. High quality products with low deductibles and little out of pocket costs make our plans exceptional in every way. Please note that adding dependents onto our plans does require premium participation. GRGE also provides access to Life, Disability, Prepaid Legal and Supplemental insurance programs.

401(k) plan
Eligible employees can contribute into our plan on a pre-tax basis. GRGE will then deposit matching funds (up to 4% of your annual salary depending on your contribution) that are fully vested immediately upon deposit into your account. Add the possibility of additional discretionary contributions by GRGE into your account to assist you towards additional retirement savings and you'll agree we offer one of the better 401(k) plans around.

Personal Time Off
You begin accruing personal time off at a rate of 20 days per year based on hours worked that can be used for vacation, holidays, sick leave or personal needs immediately upon full time employment. Accrued hours are available to begin using after 6 months of continuous service. Accrual rate increases with continued tenure with GRGE.
